The thought of building can be overwhelming! I understand completely.  I have went through the process several times myself and have helped 100’s of my clients do the same.

Luckily, I am able to help you through the entire process starting with finding the right piece of land for you and your family’s needs and finishing up when we do a final walk through and end up at the closing table to hand you keys!

Some things to think about depending on the type of land and where it is:

  • Has a survey been done to confirm utility easements and other encroachments
  • Is there a driveway permit done or do you need apply for that
  • Is there enough road frontage for the driveway
  • Has the land had a perc test
  • Is it in a well/septic area
  • If so, is it a well first area
  • Are there any wetlands, preservation’s, declared unbuildable for any reason

This is just a start of the things that I will help you with, if you decide building is the way to go.  Honestly, in this high demand, low inventory market building is probably a very smart choice.
