Southeast Michigan Housing Report 2018 4 th Quarter
Despite Southeast Michigan (SEMI) closed sales tailing off compared to the prior year, 2018 was a remarkable year. Both average price and price per square foot were up 5% and 6% respectively and the total closed volume of $11 billion was even with the prior all-time record year. Not bad for a market near the end of a 10-year recovery and growth run.
